Returns

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:

- Items without original packaging
- Personal care or hygiene-related items once opened or used
- Final sale or clearance items, unless faulty
- Items returned without contacting us first
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Photos or videos of the issue
- A clear explanation of the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
